(January 2) Kansas State quarterback Ell Roberson was accused Thursday of sexually assaulting a woman at the team hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona, leaving his start in the Fiesta Bowl today against Ohio State in question. Roberson admits having sex with the 22-year-old woman, but claims it was consensual.

Teacher played producer to seduce girls

(January 2) Two teen girls told Palm Springs, California police that 43-year-old Evan Cosden claimed he was a producer for an MTV stunt show and paid one of them $50 to kick him in the groin and spit in his mouth. Cops believe the local day care teacher was intent on manipulating the girls into his bed.

Cop freed shoplifter in trade for sex

(January 2) A veteran Houston, Texas police officer is facing charges after a shoplifter he arrested claimed he let her go in exchange for sex. The woman told investigators Officer Lance William Elliott took her behind a warehouse where she performed oral sex on him and then engaged in sexual intercourse.

Dutch soccer fan banned for penis stunt

(January 2) A Dutch soccer club has banned one of its fans for posing for a photograph with the local mayor with his penis hanging out. Mayor Wim Deetman had just come from a meeting with club directors and didn't realize the fan was exposed until later, when the photos began circulating on the Internet.

TV photographer faces kid porn charges

(January 2) A news photographer for Philadelphia TV station WBRE is being held on $10,000 bail afer his arrest for allegedly possessing child pornography on his home computer. Twenty-nine-year-old Jeff Holloway was also charged with taking nude photographs of a 14-year-old female acquaintance.

Horny cop spurs $2.25 million lawsuit

(January 2) Eugene, Oregon police officer, Juan Francisco Lara, 29, will stand trial in March on allegations that he used his position as an officer to intimidate at least 11 women into performing sex acts. One of those women filed her own lawsuit this week seeking $2.25 million from Lara, the city and its police department.
