Second woman pleads in teen sex case

(November 27) The second of two Palm Beach, Florida women accused of having sex with a minor pleaded guilty Wednesday. Debra Favre, a Girl Scouts registrar, admitted having sex with a 16-year-old boy at the home of her best friend Amy Duane, who pleaded guilty to similar charges this month.

Kansas judge to decide on sex 'age restriction'

(November 27) A Kansas judge heard arguments this week in a dispute between medical professionals and the state's Attorney General, who says doctors, psychologists, nurses and other health care providers should report all suspected sexual activity by children under the age of 16. "I think the effect would be tragic and profoundly catastrophic," said Beth McGilley, a Wichita clinical psychologist.
