Photographer to stand trial over Diaz photos

(November 21) Photographer John Rutter, 41, of Los Angeles has been ordered to stand trial for allegedly using topless photos of Cameron Diaz in an attempt to extort $3.3. million from her. "This wasn't simply a case of someone calling and saying, 'Hey, I just came across these photos from 11 years ago, do you want them?' This was someone saying, 'Pay me $3 million or else,'" said Superior Court Judge Michael Luros.

Aniston settles topless photo lawsuit

(November 21) Friends star Jennifer Aniston will receive $550,000 from a photographer she accused of illegally distributing photographs of her sunbathing topless. The pictures were taken in February of 1999 by a paparazzi photographer who scaled an eight-foot wall around Aniston's Malibu home while she was lounging in the backyard wearing only her panties.

Linnen, deputy legal counsel for state House Speaker Larry Householder. The so-called 'Naked Photographer' was arrested Wednesday after being spotted by police as he was running bare-assed after a woman.
