My partner and I haven't had a chance to be alone together for about two weeks, and I've been feeling horny lately and frustrated (yay for masturbation). Anyway, yesterday he called me up to see if I would come over to help him out because his knee was all swollen and painful (so no sex when there's that much pain in the body).

I went over, rubbed his leg, put cold compresses on the knee, hot ones on his thigh, brought his dog in, got him some Excedrin, went to the garage to find a walker so he could go to a "do" he had to attend, and generally took care of him for a couple of hours. I even put his socks on for him because he couldn't bend his knee enough to manage. Then I came home for Mother's Day stuff with my kids.

And the next night he called to see if I would come over and keep him company because he wasn't feeling well, and warned me that he might be sleeping on the couch when I got there, which he was. I watched TV, took care of him and his dog and he napped off and on most of the evening. And today, I'm down with a cold and heating up home-made chicken soup. Smile

He's a big doofus, but I enjoy time with him. But if he wants to keep me to himself, he's going to have to tell me he wants me all to himself. Right now, we still have no monogamous commitment, so we're both free to wander and as you know, I did take someone else for a test drive. My partner is better in all ways. Smile

I wanted to talk to him about the priest and all that, because I'm having a hard time getting a chance to talk to the priest and say "Okay, it was fun, but I don't want that with you" and he (the priest) thinks that we've got this big relationship going and it's all going to make me crazy. Anyway, I told my partner that I needed to talk to him and it was about the reason I didn't want to go to the priest's house for a BBQ which is today. My partner said he'd come over today, but then he turned up last night and the first thing he wanted to know was did my dilemma involve him in any way, and I told him he's never a problem, and then I told him about the priest.

He's such a great guy and I'm lucky to have him in my life.
