Why would you even think about getting paid by the hour when you could get paid by the minute?
There's 60 minutes in a hour Randle _________________ Suddenly Sex Phone Sex Service:

That's a very good response Suddenly. How about per second? Honestly, I'm dying to work regularly in this site simply because this board best fits for me and it offers great oppurtunity.

Yeah understood but you only get paid for logged phone calls. Which means whenever you arent on the phone you aren't getting paid SUDDENLY. Which may cause getting paid by the hour more lucrative.

I'm not sure I understand your point, randle. Are you saying you want to get paid for time that you're not on the phone? If I were an employer, I wouldn't want to pay people for not working, so paying for actual work time makes more sense to me.

I agree with that one as well, i wouldn't want to pay someone for not being on the phone. Its different when you are in a work office becuase when you aren't on the phone they are paying for your time. But being on the phone at home, I want to know that you are at least focused on the work at hand, so Im only going to pay you when you are talking.

You are actually still paying for their time though because for them just being near the phone, you are expecting them to not do anything outside of the house right?

I would expect that they'd be pretty busy on the phone during the time they agreed to be available, and there's lots of things a person can do at home between calls. I work from home and between clients, I can go online, watch TV, do housework or whatever. Same with a phone worker--you're free to do whatever you want between calls and it's not reasonable to expect to be paid when you're not working. In an office setting, or retail or whatever, you're expected to be working the full day. How can you provide value for your pay when you're not doing anything?

In some ways I agree, You have more freedom when working from hoem which is a great thing, When you work in an office you aren't able to do too much in between calls. I'm not sure where you work but i know I wasn't able to do what I wanted to do in between calls. But I never had time because the calls always came in. As far as being at home, you're calls don't come in back to back you think.

It all depends though on what type of spam it is for me. I mean if it is done at a descretion then I don't mind but certain people just take it to a whole different level
