I use AntiVir Guard. It's free from a website called majorgeeks. (www.majorgeeks.com)
Thank goodness that thing auto-updates or I probably wouldn't have known as I usually can't remember to do that kind of thing. |

It looks to me like that post has been deleted. Thanks for looking out for viruses, everybody.
My one and only run in with a virus was the sasser worm a few years ago. I had to get a fix on a disk before I could go back online. |

Wait till you get here!! You wake up in the night, kick off all the blankets because you feel like you're about 150 degrees and fifteen minutes later, you're pulling them back over you. The daytime ones are fun, too. You can FEEL your face getting red from the heat. It's crazy. Entertaining as hell, but crazy. All part of life. I'm enjoying it.  |

| I think I only get it when Im on my period or getting ready to start. I get hot flashes. I ge them when I'm standing up and I just feel like my body is on fire. |
