There are many ways to control yourself not to cum easily. But the most effective for me is thinking any scenario not related to sex. And it works.

I know when I masturbate i dont want to have sex anymore. There is nothing that would turn me on or make me horny what so ever. So I try to minimize my cumming seesions.
