I was reading about people who become addicted to porn and how it effects their ability to have normal relationships. What is the reason for such addiction? How does it develop in people?

They've been exploring this on the Young and the Restless where one of the characters has been addicted to porn and it's ruined his marriage, his job and taken over his life, but they seem to have let it die down without really resolving it. I missed some episodes, so maybe the therapy he was getting helped, or maybe his marriage dying did the trick, but it seems to be out of the story line again.

I don't know why people get addicted. It seems weird to me.

So far, I haven't met a porn addict. I wonder if those kind of people are good in bed. What do you think?
