Sad to say I don't have pierce in the private parts of my body. I hate needles. In addition, I'm afraid of infection. But if my sex partner have it, it's impressive for me.

I don't think all guys are particularly turned on by it. But I think some of them find it very exotic and think it suggests that the girl's open to a lot of things.
