You should only try it with people who know what they are doing rather than just stick it in. It is a good idea to clean the area or eat very light that day. Then use lots of lube, start with a finger, then maybe two or three then move on to the penis. Some people like it straight away, others after a few times because it first it keeps feeling like you are pooping. As with anything new you will be nervous and you really need a partner who can get you very excited, maybe a glass of wine can help you relax.
